As a full-services provider, we break our offering down into the business areas Solution Business (IT solutions), Operation Related Services (IT operation) and Product Related Services (IT maintenance). The operation of IT infrastructures and applications accounts for 45 percent of our business.
Thanks to our comprehensive system and sector know-how, we create measurable added value for our customers. We offer our customers a standardized portfolio and consistently high service in Pearl River Delta.
Systematic consolidation and further development of our corporate strategy
At the beginning of 2006, in parallel to the structural changes on the IT market, we launched a comprehensive realignment of our corporate strategy and shifted our focus clearly to ITIL and SOX compliance services. The lasting improvement will bring, creates the foundation on which we can further develop our long-term strategy. Key features of this strategy include the concentration on business-specific success factors, the exploitation of synergies in portfolio and services, and the ongoing improvement of our competencies.
