Established in 1990, Ningbo Huafeng Package Co., Ltd. Is specialized in the manufacture of food and drug packaging products. The convenient transportation has brought us more opportunities and competitive advantages in both domestic and foreign markets.
Covering an area of 40, 000 square meters, including a building area of 1, 800 square meters, we have imported international first-class co-extrusion film blowing production lines in an 1, 800-square-meter workshop, which meets the GMP standard. The guide lines, such as lustration degree and microbe, have passed the comprehensive inspection held by Administration of State Food & Drug Zhejiang Drug Package Material Inspection Center.
Moreover, we have also established the center for development and quality inspection, with full set of physical properties, microbe and chemical analysis inspection instruments, which guarantee superior product quality. At present, the quality of multilayer co-extrusion film for transfusion usage has achieved or exceeded the state standards, and has gained the "Registration Certificate of I Category Package Material and Container " issued by Administration of State Food & Drug.
Food and drug plastic package is our traditional product line, and now we have more than 40 sets of advanced facilities, including high speed photogravure press with 8 colors, which can supply customers integrated service from design to printing, film blowing, vacuum aluminum plating, compounding, cutting and bag making. The annual output of color printing package products has reached 2, 800 metric tons, and 1, 800 metric tons of multiplayer co-extrusion films for transfusion usage.
We have 160 highly skilled staff, including 58 technicians with various kinds of specialties, and 75 skilled workers for production. Therefore, we are rich in technical force.
