Our total assets have reached RMB10.5 billion with 11500 work staff. We have become the largest manganese manufacturer in the world with annual EMM output of 200, 000 tons in 2011.

We have invested to operate four projects in 2011, i. e. Rare Earth Nickel Iron Project with yearly output of 300, 000 tons, EMM Expansion Project with annual output of 120, 000 tons, Rare Earth Colored Steel Plate Project with yearly output of 1 million tons and Sulfuric Acid Project with annual output of 400, 000tons. The first three projects are going to be put into operation in May, July and at the end of 2011 respectively. As to Sulfuric Acid Project, its offgas and afterheat will be made good use of and recycled to generate electricity and the annual power generation is 57.6 million kwh.

Ningxia Tianyuan Manganese Company Limited was registered and established by President Jia Tianjiang through auctioning the metal manganese factory in Zhongning county with RMB 3.01 million after it declared bankruptcy in 2003. The subsequent investment invitation, technology transformation and project expansion helped the company to achieve new leaps: EMM purity has reached 99.9%, the annual production scale has been expanded to 200, 000 tons from 1500 tons at the beginning of the company's reformation and the world's largest manganese manufacturer has risen abruptly in here.

EMM workshop with annual output of 80, 000 tons at EMM Factory One, 7 production lines altogether at the workshop, including 1 experimental production line with yearly manufacturing capacity of 10, 000 tons and 6 production lines with annual producing capacity of 12, 000 tons.

1.62 billion was invested to build the expansion project of EMM Factory Two which has the manufacturing capacity of 120, 000 tons. The project adopted many international leading technologies which enable composite power consumption of one ton of EMM to drop by 650kwh, production volume of one board to increase by 0.42kg, manganese recovery ratio to increase to 95% from the original 75%, waste water to reduce to 2m? From the original 5m? And discharge of anode slag to reduce to 50kg from the original 200kg. The whole project has altogether 8 production lines with each line having annual manufacturing capacity of 15, 000 tons.
