The company was initially established in HK in 1979 with factories in Ping Shan, Shenzhen, China. It is a HK owned company with investment over 65 millions HK Dollars. Area of the factory is over 40, 000 square meters and well-equipped with over 100 sets advanced machines with around 1000 employees. It is an UL, ISO9001, ISO14001 certified factory.

We provide various high quality precision mould designs and plastic parts / products injection services. Besides, we also provide other related work-prcoessing services such as oil spraying, silk printing etc. To service various industries. Product / Service range are broad and diversified including Communications (Hand Phones, Mobile Phones etc. ), Home Appliances / AV Products, Car Accessories, Industry Products and Accessories, Medical Products, Food Processing Industries, Toys and Daily Commodities etc.

The production capacity is as high as 60 sets new precision moulds and 1, 000, 000 PCS injection parts per month. It can also be adjusted shortly according to the demands.

Main product and service include (3 shifts a day for each processing): -
A) Precision mould design: Wholly computerized and 3D design.
B) Mould making: 10 sets of CNC machines, 15 sets of EDM machines, 4 sets of wirecut machines, three sets of 3D measuring machines, and totally 110 sets of other kinds of machines.
C) Plastic injection moulding: With 107 sets of injection machines from Japan and Germany, together with other facilities such as drying, conveying, absorbing, the total number of machineries for injection moulding is 708 sets. Output of parts is 210, 000 PCS a day.
D) Silk-Printing: Equipped with a dust-free printing room accommodating 48 sets all kinds of printing machines with 180, 000PCS overall printings a day
E) Painting: The paint spray department has a dust-free assemly line of 50, 000PCS outputs.
