The Casting Workshop adopts the most advanced technologies and equipment, e. g. Two sets of series 2in1 6-ton coreless mid-frequency induction melting furnaces, the indigenous static-press modeling line for automatic modeling and pouring, the efficient rotor sand mixer for sand processing, hot core box (including shell core) and cold core box core-making technology, and the piled-up and setting loose hanging double-station shot blast cleaning machine and pendant paint film coating line for casting cleaning and coating.

The Machining Workshop is equipped with CNC machines, DAEWOO machining centers, and automatic balancing machines, able to adapt to market changes and completely satisfy customers' needs. The Inspection Center is set up the direct-reading spectrometer room, chemical laboratory, mechanics laboratory, metallographic laboratory, modeling material laboratory, casting dimension ruling room, measuring room, and three-coordinate surveying instrument room, taking effective control to the materials and production process quality.
