Utilizing Advanced Machinery
Main production equipment used:
Materials mechanical properties testing equipment: Germany import direct-reading portable spectrum analyzer, carbon and sulfur analyzer, electronic-hydraulic universal testing machine, hardness tester, ultrasonic, magnetic particle testing, impact testing, water depth, roughness of instrumentation.
Blanking workshop: Seven units of CNC sawing machines, equipped with 10 tons of traffic one units and three tons of traffic one unit.
Forging equipment: Three tons of plywood hammer distribution 1T robots, 2000mm grinding machine, two tons of plywood hammer distribution 1000mm grinding machine, 560kg air hammer distribution 600mm grinding machine, 150kg air hammer distribution 300mm grind central machines, equipped with forklift two environmental protection units, natural gas furnace three units, heat treatment can be done.
Machining workshop: CNC lathe, 21 lathe five, 13 NC drilling machine and two high speed U drill
Quality packaging workshop: Three typewriters, two units packers, one 1000mm flange washer, and one set of paint oven
We employ 16 production technology staff, 162 production line workers, 11 management personnel and 20 packaging quality control staff. Our company covers 25, 000 square meters.
