At present, the company owns seven spiral pipe production lines of 529, 720, 1020 1620, 2032, 2438, 2540. According to national standards and API standards, we can produce the spiral seam double submerged arc welded steel pipe in diameters ranging from 219-2438mm, with wall thickness ranging 6-24mm and ERW tubes in diameters ranging from219-630mm, the highest steel grade reaches x80. The spiral welded pipe machinery SPM1203/19-D80 supplied from Germany in 1996 which was the most advanced technology in the late 90s internationally. From uncoiling, butt welding, EDGE milling to main drive, pipe forming, inside and outside welding, hydrostatic test are operated by computer digital displays. It adopts American Lincoln automatic DC-AC tandem submerged welding for both inside and outside. The machine is highly automated for easy operation.
