Yangzi Gaoke Co., Ltd is a subordinate company of China Yangzi Group.

Yangzi Group was founded in 1980. As one of the earliest large size cross-regional, cross-trade and cross-ownership enterprise groups in China, it was selected as 15 key enterprise groups supported by Anhui Provincial Government. Its business scope covers dozens of industries including but not limited to automobile, household electrical appliances, construction and decoration materials and products, equipment manufacturing and molding.

Up to now, Yangzi Group has developed to own 32 subsidiaries with total assets of about 1 billion US Dollars and working staff of more than 5, 000. The products are referring to automobile, household electrical appliances, construction and new energy source. It engaged in cars, air conditioners, floor boards\non-standard equipment and models\the whole sets of refrigerator automatic production lines\water heaters\hardware and construction material.
