Product Liability Insurance indemnifies the insured against all sums which the insured shall become legally liable to pay as compensation in respect of:
1. Accidental bodily injury or illness to third parties
2. Accidental loss of or damage to third party property

Arising out of the use, consumption, or handling of insured products or goods which are manufactured, sold or distributed by the insured.

The Company shall also be liable for the relevant suit and defense costs payable by the insured with the written consent of the Company.

"Product" has its special definition in insurance policy, which includes:
1. Something manufactured, sold, distributed or repaired by the Insured
2. After it has left the Insured possession
3. And all the packaging, containers, parts, equipment which are furnished therewith
4. And all instructions, warnings, warranties etc.
