Aotai Electric was founded in 1993 by two professors and 5 graduate students from Shandong University, with 21 years dedication to the innovation of inverter technology, today we have one headquarter, 3 factories, and 2000 employees. 192 engineers are based in the headquarter for R&D, and 256 sales/ service engineers are located in 58 branches all over China. The turnover of 2013 is around 120million USD.
2. Products
Our product line covers full range of welding equipments including SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, SAW, etc, from 160A to 2000A, single phase to 3 phase, single-voltage to multi-voltage. We also cover Automation application, such as Rotator, Manipolator, Positioner. Our high end models, such as Pulse MIG and AC/DC pulse TIG, are widely used in robotic welding.
3. Market Position
Before 2008, Aotai was completely focusing on domestic market, where we deal with about 9000 end users directly. With rich experience and knowledge of inverter welding machines' industrial application, Aotai gained great reputation in China because of high performance and high reliability.
Since 2008, Aotai started to explore global market, today we export over 58 countries and deal with 123 distributors all over the world. Our best market is in Asia (Southeast Asia, India), Russia, Germany, South Africa, Brazil and etc.
4. Technical Strength
Aotai is very strong for high technology. For all the models over 500 AMPS, the duty cycle is 100%. Our multi-voltage technology is very mature and similar as Miller's Auto-link and Auto-line. Some applications are as follows:

L Europe: 3 phase 360V-440V/50Hz
L Australia: 3 phase 352V-477V/50Hz
L Africa: 3 Phase 380V-525V/ 50Hz

L South America & Middle East: 3 phase 220V-440V/60Hz
