Our factory has been manufactured plastic Electronic Toys 7 years, It located at 2nd lndustrial Area xia sha shipai Town DongGuan City with all new Building, and all cover area about 6600square meters. The production section contained of injection Department: Mould department; Assembly department; PMC department; Engineer department; Quality department; Spraying department; And other assistance department.
Production Equipment:
1. There have 32 sets insection machine. (Detail date please find the injection machine sheet)
2. The assembly department has 6 production line, among them, there are 4automatism line; 2 fixed line; And there has 6 sets of Ultrasonic machines; 4sets of Blister Sealing machine;
3. The spraying Department has 10 spraying line with spraying equipments and employees.
4. The lnjection Department have ever cooperated with several TaiWan, America and Japen company for injection business.
5. Our factory has good management system, all mew building all good equipments and we are assurance quality.
