Founded in April 1993, Kunshan Huaxin PCB Co., Ltd, a join-stock enterprise, produces double-sided, multi-layer and flexible printed circuit boards.

With Mr. Yang Xiaolin serving as the legal person, Chairman and GM, the company has a registered capital of RMB 108.58 million, total assets of RMB 250 million including fixed assets of RMB 180 million, and 2, 000 staff including 250 engineering technicians on a land of 99, 900sq. M. (building area is up to 68, 000sq. M. ).

The company is located in Qiandeng Economic & Technological Development Area, Kunshan, Jiangsu Province of China, east to Shanghai, west to Suzhou, about 40km off Shanghai Hongqiao airport. The traffic here in ocean, land and air is quite convenient.
In recent three years, RMB 200 million has been spent for technical innovation. The three CNC assembly lines from Germany, Italy, USA, Taiwan and Hong Kong bring the company an annual capacity up to one million square meters. The sales volume has increased at a rate of 50% in consecutive three years, with RMB106 million in 2003, RMB160 million in 2004, and RMB280 million in 2005, among which US$5 million was earned through export. The products have been UL, ISO14001, QS9000, and ISO9001-2000 certified.

In Oct & Nov 1996, the company was SAC ISO9002 and DNV ISO9002 certified respectively.
In April 2000, the company was DNV ISO14001 certified with certificate issued.
In 2000, RMB5 million was spent to establish Assembly Workshop.
During 2001~2002, RMB300 million was spent for capacity expansion.
In 2003, the company invested RMB55 million to establish Huaxing Wiring Board Plant, with an investment of RMB4 million or so for building sewage disposal plant and other affiliated facilities.
In March 2003, the company was regarded as State-level Credible Enterprise by the State Administration for Industry & Commerce.

In April 2004, Huaxing proceeded with commissioning for production.
On April 28th, 2004, the company received sanitary inspection from Suzhou Municipal Economic & Trade Commission and Suzhou Environmental Protection Bureau, and passed the inspection smoothly.
In Dec 2004, the company was DNV QS9000 certified.
On May 10th, 2005, the reconstruction project was approved by Suzhou Environmental Protection Bureau.

The company is capable of proceeding with R&D, production and trading independently, and has established internal PCB Research Institute to develop custom-made products and cultivate engineering talents. The institute is co-managed by 56 staff who all graduated from college at least and 16 among whom are with senior-titles or above. In June 2005, Huashen China (FPC) was founded and put in to production on May 28th, 2006.
