Maide Ceramics (Luoyang) Co., Ltd, is production run in 2011, with annual capacity of 50, 000 metric ton. This production line is developed and designed by company itself taking leading production technology.

Now, we have more than 150 employees, 9 engineers and about 20 technicians amongst them. Relying on the rich bauxite reservoir, skillful calcination experience, up to date manufacturing process and unremitting pursuit to quality, our proppant is reputed as consistent quality at competitive pricing. The second production line is scheduled to be commenced in MID of 2013. Till then, capacity will be doubled, this enable us leading position of ceramic proppant production domestically, even the worldwide.

Product quality and quality assurance is the basement of an enterprise. Therefore, company was audited and awarded related certificates on ISO 9001: 2008 and API quality management system. Meanwhile, product testing report from Stim Lab USA also showed the technical properties meet, even exceed requirements from ISO 13503 and API RP 19C.

R&D directs the development of an enterprise. UltraLite 40/70 was successfully developed in MID of 2012. This proppant has much lighter weight: 1.45 g/cm3 for its bulk density, 2.65 as its specific gravity and the crush is less than 6% under 69 Mpa (10, 000psi) and is the ideal prop material for low permeability wells.
