Over the years, Highhope has been pursuing a strategy of diversification while consolidating its principal investment, with 12 wholly-owned companies or subsidiaries ranging from the sectors of trade, manufacturing, logistics, to that of real estate and service. In 2004, it succeeded in getting listed in the Shanghai Security Exchange as an A-share company(code 600981), thereby landing the platform of capital securitization with its principal investment drastically boosted afterwards. Highhope's equity investment in the sectors of finance, insurance, and security has since lifted significantly its value, and its prospect of development is only made even brighter upon Jiangsu Highhope International Group becoming, in 2011, its controlling shareholder.
