The company is a production-oriented enterprise mainly specialized in production of angular contact ball bearings, spindle bearings, ball-screw support bearings, deep groove ball bearings, double-row bearings, low-noise motor (air conditioner) bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, automotive wheel hub bearings as well as various insert bearings, inch bearings, non-standard bearings, flanged outer ring bearings and stainless steel bearings. Presently, our main products cover over 600 types with the inner and outer diameter less than Ø 8-160mm and 260mm respectively.

Located at a prosperous national development zone in south of Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province in the Yangtze River delta, the company has convenient transportation network such as the nearby Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway and national highway No. 312 as well as the ancient canal which has a long history, Shanghai-Nanjing high speed railway and Wuxi Shuofang Airport in the west. Special technology is adopted for products, for which users has specific requirements. Gas-shielded continuous quenching and tempering furnace process are adopted during heat treatment. Our motor bearings and engine crankshaft bearings have great advantage over similar products in the same industry.

Over 300 sets of production equipment are available, mainly including heat treatment mesh-belt furnaces, CNC grinding machines, duplex-surface CNC grinding machines, automatic super lapping machines, automatic assembly machines, riveting machines, automatic grease filling and pressing machines, ultrasonic washing machines and laser marking machines.

Over 500 sets of testing equipment are available, mainly including length measuring gauge, spectrographs, roundness testers, vibration meters, hardness tester, roughness testers, groove curvature inspecting instrument, digital projectors, play measuring instrument, automatic hole measuring instrument, vertical optical meters, bearing testers, metallurgical microscopes, electronic balances and analytical balances.
