Yantai Huaneng Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. is located in Yantai, an eastern port city of China, endowed with the access to well-developed land and waterway transportations. With the principle of "taking quality and customer as our work priority", we have exported our pipes to all over the world. We have the most advanced seamless tube & pipe mill with one PQF seamless steel pipe production line (rolling sizes from 8" to 18") and an ACCU-ROLL mill which can make hot-rolling pipes ranged size from 2" to 8". In our mills, hydraulically automatic cold-drawn machines can produce pipes size ranged from 1/2" to 4". The annual production capacity of hot-rolling & cold-drawn lines is 1, 000, 000 Metric Tones, which approximately covered 20 varieties and 2000 different sizes of pipes with outside diameter from 20mm to 457mm and thickness from 2mm to 55mm. All of our pipes can completely meet the requirements of the national standard and international standards served for different fields, just as low, medium and high pressure boilers, oil wells, line pipes, liquid transfer, structural purposes, ships, petroleum cracking, high-pressure chemical fertilizer equipments, hydraulic pillar services, automotive axle shafts and diesel engines, etc.

Sizes of our ERW pipes range from 60mm to 610mm, and LSAW /SSAW pipe size from 219mm to 2200mm.

The quality of pipes and tubes can be absolutely guaranteed by following inspection equipments: Ultrasonic Tester, Eddy Current Tester, Tensile Testing Machine, Charpy Impact Tester, Flattening Test Machine, Hardness Tester, Optical Microscope, Direct Reading Spectrometer, Oxygen & Nitrogen Analyzer and so on.
