The customization services on heat sinks and thermal systems are aided by the CFD software IcePak and Flotherm, also together with AutoCAD and PRO/E. This makes the design work easy and fast to move the time-to-market forwards. Till now, our engineers have participated into industries including power convection, wind power, server systems, automation control, telecom, LED lighting, audio amplifier and medical devices. Almost 10 years in thermal industry, Walmate has created a lot of sucessfully thermal design stories in cooling CPUs, IGBTs, LED chips, ICs and high power modules.

Walmate runs its wholely-owned facotry in Dongguan, China. Starting from a small workshop, it is now faciliated with key processes in making a sophiscated heat sink inside house. Till now, we have built our own anodizing, saw cutting, stamping, CNC maching, bonding and solering workshops. Walmate now has 10 CNC machines to fabricate high precision parts for heat sinks. The types of heat sinks on line cover extruded heat sinks, bonded-fin heat sinks, soldered heat sinks, swaged fin heat sinks, heat pipe modules, liquid cooling plates and cooling systems. Our production is ISO9001 & ISO14001 certified. All the products shipping to customers are RoHS compliant. The sub-suppliers supporting Walmate factory are within 30 square kilometers. This implements cost control and lead time control management for our own direct customers in production.
