Chengdu Huarong Chemical Company Limited (hereinafter called as "CHCCL") was established on September 8, 2000, invested with registered capital of RMB336 millions by New Hope Group (the renowned private enterprise in China).

Located at Jiuchi town, Pengzhou City, CHCCL majors in the production of high-quality potassium hydroxide (KOH), PVC resin and trichlorosilane. As the first enterprise who produced KOH in China, CHCCL has already grown up to be one world-known manufacturer who possesses the production capacity of 80, 000 MTS high-quality potassium hydroxide (KOH), 140, 000 MTS PVC resin and 50, 000 MTS related products, realizing annual sales incomes up to over RMB1000 millions.

CHCCL also acts as the unit member of KOH Specialities of China Chlor-alkali Industry Association, and the vice president of Potash Industry Branch of China Inorganic Salt Industry Association.

Relying on its stable, world-class quality KOH product, CHCCL succeeds to be the long-term supplier to many famous domestic and foreign enterprises like Nanfu Battery, P&G, Nanning Dasailu Food Additives Corporation etc. ., and even is entitled as "Excellent Supplier for P&G".

For 11 years in succession, CHCCL always keeps the first place with its over 30% domestic market occupancy. Besides this, CHCCL actively develops the overseas market and has already exported its goods to more than 60 countries and regions like U. S. A., EU, Japan, South Korea, southeastern Asia, Middle East, Africa and so on. In 9 successive years, CHCCL has been keeping as the biggest KOH exporter in China, and over 50% of total national export volume was finished by it. Meanwhile, CHCCL is also the second manufacturer in China who exports PVC resin, fully demonstrating its PVC resin's excellent quality.

In 2007, CHCCL succeeded in the development and nationalization of 30, 000MTS/year high-quality KOH flakes production system. This achievement got the approval of Sinopec Association and many large Chlor-alkali enterprises, and quickly found wide utilization in the whole industry, helping in getting rid of reliance on imported technology and equipments and promoting the overall level of national industry.

In the year of 2008, suffered by great impact from snow disaster in the southern China, global financial crisis and "5.12" great earthquake, the whole Chlor-alkali industry sank in the situation of overall loss. However, CHCCL overcame all these difficulties and strove for new breakthrough, successfully made a new high in its business operation and outshined it in domestic KOH industry. In 2010, CHCCL realized another over RMB1 billion of sales revenue with profit tax increased a year earlier by over 40%, further consolidating its leading position in KOH industry. When it came to 2012, CHCCL's new item of 10, 000MTS/year trichlorosilane and 1, 000MTS/year fumed silica was finished and put into operation, which became the Company's another profit growth point. In 2013, despite of industry depressions, CHCCL still successfully accomplished the annual target tasks.
