Founded in 1969, Fujian Light Industry Machinery & Equipment Co., Ltd. Currently operates an exclusively foreign-owned paper and pulp machinery manufacturing factory. Our company was originally known as Fujian Light Industry Machinery Factory which was transformed and relocated from Nanping, Fujian to our present site in Minhou Tieling Industrial Zone in Fuzhou, Fujian, occupying an area of more than 66, 666 square meters.

Our company boasts comprehensive processing capabilities including machine tooling, cold working, welding, forging and pressing, and assembly. We have a professional team for design, testing, manufacturing, installation and commissioning with licenses for designing and manufacturing Type I and II pressure vessels. Moreover, we have attained Class II metering certificate, and ISO9001 Quality System Certification.

We constantly improve our overall competitiveness, relying on technological improvement. Over more than 30 years, our company has developed a number of new products and techniques for wastepaper processing and deinking, which enable our company to win many honors and users' acclaims. Furthermore, our company is among those few enterprises in China that can now provide markets with a complete set of equipment systems to process 200, 000 tons of wastepaper and OCC pulp as well as 100, 000 tons of deinked wastepaper stock annually.

In 2002, our company successfully developed a disc disperser system which has been appraised as the first ever in China with leading technology in the country. The system is now widely used and acclaimed at home and abroad. Moreover, we have introduced advanced technology and an 800-1200m/min approach system from ANDRITZ-AHLSTRJOM, Finland. By now, our main equipment pre-net screens have been launched with technical specifications far outperforming those of domestic counterparts.

In addition, our company has introduced advanced foreign technology for pulp thickening and washing to develop our own proprietary equipment such as double-nip twin-wire presses, multiple-nip twin-wire presses, and various kinds of single-screw presses for different applications such as wastepaper, wood, and grass pulp thickening and washing with technical functions and specifications in a cutting edge in China. Our products are favorably accepted by worldwide users.

Since our company turned out China's first hydraulic pulper in the early 1970s, we have had a history of over 30 years in producing hydraulic pulpers. By now, our company has formed a complete system of D-type, horizontal, vertical, and drum-type pulpers, marketing various kinds of equipment of various sizes with capacities ranging from 1-120m3, which can match their foreign counterparts in technical specifications such as production capacity, crushing performance, energy consumption, and life-span, winning quality product certificates from China Paper-making Standardization Committee.
