Hubei Limei Pharmaceutical Packaging Co., Ltd. Was established in 2013 and is headquartered in Sanjiang Port Industrial Park, Ezhou City, Hubei Province ("Hometown of Chinese Collapsible Tubes"). It is a national high-tech & SIE (Specialized and Innovative Enterprises) enterprise in Hubei Province, focusing on the research, development and production of aluminum ointment tubes and aluminum-plastic laminated tubes. The company covers an area of nearly 40, 000 square meters and currently has nearly 150 employees. We have Class 100, 000(ISO 8/GMP D Level) clean workshops that strictly meet GMP standards and internationally advanced production lines & equipment. Our products cover the application fields of medicine, cosmetics, daily chemicals, food, etc. Limei has an annual production capacity of 300 million aluminum ointment tubes and 200 million aluminum-plastic laminated tubes. 1. **Open tubes, sealed tubes and elongated nozzle tubes**:
- **High-precision printing**: Adopting the internationally leading **six-color overprinting technology**, the printing error is ≤ 0.01 mm, and customized graphic design is supported.
- **Customization capability**: Can produce tubes with different nozzel options & shoulder variations(such as plastic on-sert nozzels, protective rings, special threads/wall thicknesses and support processes such as thin top engraving and tube shoulder embossing).
- **Full specification coverage**: Tube diameter ranges from Φ 11 to Φ 40mm, suitable for various paste and emulsion packaging needs.
2. **Core performance advantages**:
- **Safety seal**: Corrosion-resistant, zero leakage, certified by ISO 15378 and national YBB00162002-2015 standards.
- **Environmentally friendly materials**: Medical-grade aluminum slugs is used, in line with German DIN5056/5059 standards, non-toxic and recyclable.
