Chalco Zhongzhou Advanced Materials Technology Co., Ltd adopts sinter method to produce aluminium hydroxide which is low iron and high white. It is famous for its whiteness and called "China white".
Our company now provides four series products: Dry-white (carbon precipitation), high-white (seed precipitation), super-fine and white aluminum hydroxide. Aluminium hydroxide is white powder with characters of no toxicity, odorlessness, high whiteness and low viscosity and has unique optics character (refractive index is 1.57).
It is widely used in making artificial marble, electric wires and cables, ceramics, flame retardant, washing, petrifaction and many other industries.
Chalco Zhongzhou could manufacture and supply customize products to meet customers' different demands. The company has developed five series aluminum hydroxide, including solid surface fillers, flame retardant fillers, aluminum salts and water purification agents, and other 20 kinds of conventional products.
We have the ability to produce various types of products from standard particle size to fine particles. We can meet the production technology requirements of high-end artificial stone, high-end flame-retardant products, high-end low smoke halogen-free cable master batch and high-end water purification agent.
At present, the production capacity of aluminium hydroxide reaches 430, 000 tons which takes the share of 48% global market and about 53% of the domestic market.
Usage:
1. Filling for the solid surface(artificial marble). When filled in the resin, the slimy is low. Under the common temperature, the harden time is rapid.
2. Fillers of man-made agate and jade crafts
3. Flame retardant fillings for PVC, epoxy resin, polyester resin, polyurethane resin, polyvinyl chloride resin and electrical compound with properties of flame retardant, smoke suppressing, modification and nontoxic. In addition, the flame retardant and smoke suppressing is more effective after surface processed.
4. Being rational polishing agent of high and median grades toothpaste and modest in hardness and good in taste.
5. Used in making catalyst and carrier.
6. The filling of coated paper and flame-retardant paper, the surface of coated paper is smooth and has good luster and strong printing ink absorption.
7. Filling of cosmetics.
