1994: Henan Xinxiang Lianda Texitle Co., Ltd. Is founded.

2001: August - Lianda Textlie begins exporting the yarn.

2002: Xinxiang Lianda Huazhong Power Supply Co., Ltd. Is founded.

2005: Lianda Textile establishs the new technology and product research & development center of new technology together with Zhongyuan University of Technology.

The Company's total invest capital is RMB 20.24 Million Yuan and the total assets is more than RMB 300 Million Yuan. There are about 3, 000 employees, including 650 professional technicians.

There are 100, 000 spindles, 30, 000 twist spindles, 1, 200 heads Open End Spinning Machines, 60 sets One Step Large Package Twisting Machine. The main equipment is Ring Spinning Frame Type FA506, FA507 and is the most advanced technology in China. The front spinning process is equipped with the self-regulation high-speed Drawframes and Combers. The company is also equipped with first class test apparatus such as Uster Tester YG135M and Single Yarn Automatic Strength Machines.

The Company's main products have 8 series and 100 products including viscose yarn, cotton yarn, blended yarn, profiled yarn, combed spinning yarn, OE yarn series, various embroidery thread, knitting yarn used for garments and so on. The Company can produce 10, 000 tons Viscose Spun Yarn annually.
