Zhongxing Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. was established from Nantong special steel factory in 1987. Now the company is a state-certified key High & New Technology Enterprise, member of the state-torch program and the largest delicate Low & Extra Low Carbon Stainless Seamless Steell Pipe manufacturer. The plant is ISO9001 certified and HAF0400 Code qualified supplier of nuclear materials.
The plant occupies 300, 000 square meters, with a net asset of 900 million RMB and 600 employees. The advanced technical equipments includes EF+AOD duplex process, followed by hydro press, centrifugal caster, billet caster, TZC-200 piercing machine and LG, LD-30 to 450 cold rolling machines. The operation is also equipped with E983 spectrometer from UK and high temperature material testing machine from Japan, and variety of inspection equipment. The plant is fully integrated from melting, refining and processing, strictly following Chinese National Codes, American Codes and Japanese Codes. The annual capacity for seamless pipe is over 30, 000 metric ton.
Zhongxing Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. is the only fully-integrated seamless stainless steel pipe mill in China with full steel melting capability covering a size range from 1/4" - 28" OD pipe. Grades available: 304/H, 304/L, 310S, 310H, 316/H, 316/L, 317/L, 321/H, 347/H, P5, P9, P11, P22, P91, T5, T9, T11, T22, T91, S31803, S32750, S32760, etc.
There are over 400 major business have purchased the pipe products, like Petrochemical companies of Yanshan, Shanghai, Xingjiang, Daqing, Yangtze, Beilun Power, Qingshan Nuclear and Shanghai Xianfeng Motor etc. The products are also exported to US, Pakistani, France, Sudan and South Korea.
