With investment in excess of US$440 millions, HALCO covers 455 thousands square meters and be strongly committed to designing and manufacturing innovative and high value-added aluminum products and solutions for a broad range of applications dedicated primarily to aerospace, transportation, marine, automotive, petrochemical, industrial, and national defense markets.
In order to ensure world-class quality, HALCO is equipped with the latest and most technically advanced production lines, such as 36T/60T melting furnace, 36T/60T casting machine, 510MT pusher-type furnace, 2400mm "1+1" hot rolling mill, 25m roller hearth quenching furnace, 60MN stretcher, precision sawing machine, ultrasonic flaw detector etc. The total annual production capacity of HALCO is 200 thousand tons.
