The 30, 000 square meters plant has a full set of advanced automatic foaming line, ground-rail cutting machine, PU placers, contour cutting machine, angled cutting machine, laminating machine, profile pressing machine, cutting machine, foam-recycling machine and flame-laminating machine.
We are the most advanced polyurethane foam (sponge) manufacturer in Xiamen area and also the largest in terms of productivity output. Our dedication to new product development and quality superiority has positioned us among the top leaders in China's foam industry. Among our products, flame-retardant foam was awarded for Initiative Innovation in 1991 at the China National Scientific Technological Achievement, and was also awarded Second Prize for Xiamen Scientific Technical Progress in 1994.
In addition, in 2002, we were certified for ISO9001: 2000 Quality Control Management System. A fully equipped testing laboratory, computerized production management and 24/7 quality monitoring, ensure Xinzhiheng continuously improving quality control system.
Our company produces a broad range spices of foam. Other than the general foam, we also produce molded foam, flame-retardant foam, memory foam, anti-static foam, high-bouncing foam, super-soft foam, yellow-stain-resistant foam, recycled foam. Washing sponges, wave-shaped foam and customized-shaped foam. On top of foam production, we also offer semi-finished and finished foam production processing such as laminating, die-cutting, line-cutting and sewing.
Our high-light products are flame-retardant foam, EU-standard complying foam and memory foam. We are fully complying to major international standards followed by global foam society such as BS5852CA117, TB603, CFR1632, TB133, and UL-94. Our foam and foam products has earned common recognition among clients both international and domestic.
