High reliability differentiates our product from our competitor. We adopt SIX SIGMA methodology in our design, manufacture and sourcing process to control the quality of our product. We use design for SIX SIGMA process (DFSS), functional quality test (FQT) and environmental quality test (EQT) to control and verify product quality in design phase and DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve and control) for mass production and sourcing quality control. Our products are manufactured using highly automated processes in our facilities in Xiamen, China. As a result, the products are quickly available, economically priced and of consistent high quality. All products pass 100% load high temperature burn-in test before delivery and one-time percentage of pass of burn-in test is greater than 99%. Annual percentage of products sent back for repair is less than 2&permil.
