Nanjing Kin Yong Fa Plastic Mfg. Co., Ltd is incorporated in 1997. We have been 10 years in manufacturing EVA film, and it is pioneer and professional in producing EVA interlayer film for laminated glass in China.

EVA interlayer film is a high adhesive film. It is made of polymer resins of ethylene vinyl acetate. It possesses the characteristics of high tensile strength, excellent transparency, outstanding cohesion, good temperature withstanding, humidity durability and long-term reliability. One of the major applications of EVA film is as interlayer for making laminated safety and decorative glass. It bonds well with variety of materials (PET film, polycarbonate sheet, rice paper, leaves, wire, silk, cloth, harl, etc. ).

EVA interlayer films of our company have been applied to laminated safety glass, laminated art/decoration glass, laminated color glass. Using EVA film to laminating glass does not require pre-heating, pre-pressure and autoclave. All laminating processing will be finished and completed in one vacuum fuse laminator. It is economic and partly instead of PVB film. Our films are six categories: Transparent Clear, Anti-UV Clear, White Opaque, Transparent color, Opaque Color.

Width: The standard width is 2000mm. The maximum width is 2100mm and we also supply less than 2000mm on your demand.

Thickness: There are several choices in thickness: 1.14mm, 0.76mm, 0.38mm, 0.25mm and 0.20mm.

QC: We have strict quality control system. Its quality control begins from raw materials purchase and through the whole processing till finished products. Specimen test must be done to prove its qualification before delivering any batch of products.

Test Reports: Laminated glass made out of our EVA film meets and fulfills the demand and performances required by SGS, ISO12543, EN 12600 and China Standard coding GB9962-1999.

Exhibition: Besides attended domestic exhibition, we are also an exhibitor in Glassbuild Show in U. S. A and Glasstec Show in Germany. We gained high reputation in these Shows.

Sales: Our EVA film has exported to the following countries: USA, Mexico, Brazil, Italy, Spain, England, Ireland, Netherlands, Austria, Russia, Japan, Korea, Southeast areas, etc. We have agent in Italy, Span, Korea, Taiwan and Southeast Area.
