Kaitai is growing rapidly here. It's only 100m away from the #104 state highways, and about 160km away from the Hangzhou airport, and about 100km away from the Ningbo airport.
The company was founded in 2001, the registered capital is 10 million RMB, the total investment is about 26 million RMB, covers an area of 20 thousand square meters, construction area of 6 thousand square meters, and the green coverage rate is 43%. The general plant layout, equipment selection and installation are designed according to requirements of GMP construction. Under the detection of the Municipal Institute for drug controlling detection, the purification of the production workshop can level up to 100000. The company has 11 automatic capsule production lines that can produce the models: 00#--4# hollow capsule, the annual production capacity can reach to 5.6 billion pieces.
The company had established a complete quality management system according to GMP standards, and follows these rules strictly. Presently, there are 86 employees totally, 26 of them have the high or middle or primary engineering title, and all the workers have the related certificate after professional technical training. Our company has 300 square meters Quality inspection center. With the advanced equipments, and complete facilities to ensure our customer using the highest quality hollow capsule, all the raw material and finished capsules are tested according to the China Pharmacopoeia requirements. Some of our internal standards are even higher than CP standard.
Right now, Kaitai is cooperating with Chinese famous pharmaceutical company and got highly reputation. In 2014 Kaitai got the FDA and Halal certificates. All we did is planning to get into foreign market.
