2004 Kaukomarkkinat Oy's subsidiary Telko Oy accuires BEA Finland Oy. Kaukomarkkinat buys NMT Prekyba UAB in Lithuania
2005 Kaukomarkkinat Oy sells KM-Kello Oy and its business in Finland and Sweden. Ralf Klarich became Managing Director.
