Kinetic Key Engineering Company was found in 1988 and incorporated in 1991 in Hong Kong. Kinetic Key Co. Ltd. (KKCL) is a Professional Contractor and Suppliers for Marine/Civil Engineering and Commercial/Industrial Diving projects in Hong Kong and China (PRC).
KKCL established Production Lines and worked with Manufacturers in mainland China (PRC) to provide and install the full range of Boat Mooring Components (Mooring Buoys, Chains, Swivels, Shackles and Concrete Sinkers etc. ), and develop the Non-metal Mooring Buoysthat are either made in high-density Ethylene-co-Vinyl Acetate (EVA) and sprayed with several coats of Polyurea outside or used Fiberglass (GRP) Module fitted with Reinforced Rubber Fenders, then filled inside up with hard Polyurethane (PU), both available in Middle Shaft version and Through Chain version. It has been well accepted as more reliable, long-lasting and maintenance-free Products for long term operation. Currently, KKCL is working with Private Boat Clubs and Boat owners in Hong Kong for upgrading their existing Steel Mooring Systems with the new designed Non-metal EVA Buoys.
Mr. Kin-Kwong Li, the Director of KKCL, is a British, Chinese and Hong Kong Registered Marine Engineer and Licensed Commercial Diving Specialist since 1982 and 1990 respectively. He has been involved in a variety of marine engineering projects both above and under water for more than 40 years. The desire to train quality divers and promote diving related educations LED to the formation of Hong Kong Institute of Scuba Training Ltd. (HKIST) and Scuba World Club (SWC) in Hong Kong since 1989, and Scuba World (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. (SZSWC) in Shenzhen, China (PRC) since 2004. As a Professional Engineer and Diving Instructor over 30 years, Mr. Li has trained and certified more than 4, 000 students including 500 Professional Instructors and will continue to provide all levels of training courses to enable you to become the best and the most respectable divers and dive leaders in the industrial diving community.
