Beisteel Pipe (Yingkou) Co., Ltd. was established in April 2009.The construction project of Beisteel Pipe (Yingkou) Co., Ltd. consists of two phases, covering an area of 420,000 square meters. The Phase I covers an area of 180,000 square meters, and built four large diameter SAWH steel pipe production lines and five steel pipe internal & external coating production lines. The annual output reaches 600,000 tons of steel pipe and 8 million square meters of pipe coating. The Phase II project covers an area of 240,000 square meters, and built two wire production lines, two rod production lines and one JCOE longitudinal submerged-arc welded steel pipe production line. The annual output reaches 1.5 million tons of rods& wires and 300,000 tons of JCOE longitudinal submerged-arc welded steel pipes.

The company obtained pressure piping components A1, B, AX Manufacture License of Special Equipment issued by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of PRC, and API 5L Certificate granted by The American Petroleum Institute. The company also passed DNV ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 management system certification. The company's quality inspection center has obtained CNAS Laboratory Accreditation Certificate.
