Established in 1996 as a key project under the direct jurisdiction of the China Ordnance Industries Group, our company is a large-scale enterprise combining military and civilian production. We are currently the biggest manufacturing base for protective equipment and coal-based activated carbon in China.

With a total factory area exceeding one million square meters, we have 5,600 personnel and 2,304 units of production equipment and machinery. Overall we have 16 subsidiary plants, a research and design institute and an ordnance industry grade-A physicochemical testing establishment. This institute, our Measuring and Testing Center, is capable of scientific research, production, and testing of rubber, chemical and mechanical products.

Adhering to the philosophies of “making military production the base and civilian production the key?and “multiple operations and all-round development?we have designed and produced many types of civilian and industrial gas masks, air filtration units, self-rescuers, conveyer belts, activated carbon products, water purifier units, and so on. Additionally we have also provided custom-made filtration units for several major state construction projects, including the Beijing underground railway, Chairman Mao Memorial Hall, Datong mine, North China Pharmaceutical Plant and No.9634 Research Institute.

Our product series have been honored with provincial and ministerial level scientific and technical advancement awards. For example, we received a state top-class award of scientific and technical advancement for our 69-A type tank filter, a state invention award for the 77-type 500 gas-particulate filter and a state class-A award of scientific and technical advancement for our flame-retardant conveyer beltings.

In addition to the exporting of finished products, we have also won various contracts overseas. Recently we finalized a deal to construct a gas mask production line in the Middle East. Meanwhile, we have provided technical assistance for the building of many coal- and wood-based activated carbon factories around China.
