PALJOY Electronics Limited. (Hereinafter referred to as "Paljoy"), is specialised in audio/video consumer electronics R&D, production and distribution since 2006, car audio and video since 2011. Our major products include Car Stereo Players, Home use DVD players, Portable DVD players, and Car monitors, etc.
Our factory covers over 10, 000 square feet and locates in Baoan, Shenzhen, with total 30 R&D engineers and more than 1000 skilled employees relating to purchasing, manufacturing, quality control, marketing and logistic services. Every step is strictly implemented under international quality certification system. Our PAL-factory Kaifa has one of the only two bonded-factories in Shenzhen, with modern workshops nearly 100, 000 square meters, including high-class clean rooms over 10, 000 square meter. Its branches and R&D teams cover across Hong Kong, Singapore and USA. It has acquired the certification of ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18000 and TL9000, and has also utilised Six Sigma, Industrial Engineering (IE) to improve production efficiency and effectiveness.
Paljoy has taken ERP as a tool to allocate human, financial and material resources, also FIS as an important information supporting system at production line, and Lotus Domino/Notes as OA system, all of which have greatly increased its core competitive edge.
