To serve our customers' needs and meet new demands in emerging China market more efficiently, Qingdao Powertex Plastics Co., Ltd, as a production base of whole Powertex Group, was established at Chengyang North Industrial Zone, Chengyang Qu, Qingdao, China in October, 2000. Since we began manufacturing at Qingdao plant, under the joint venture of Korean managements and the U. S. Technology and design capability, we have added new wovenliner products to our traditional powerliner. We, Qingdao Powertex Plastics Co., Ltd., have continued to extend its manufacturing scopes to specialty dry bulkliners and the Multi-layer Flexitank for non hazardous liquid products like Liquor, wine, fruit juice, food products, resin, lubricants, latex and so on. Now we are the only compay in the world to cover whole ranges of dry bulkliners and also the Multi-layer Flexitank.

Assuring the quality management to our customers, we acquired the ISO 9001: 2000 certification in 2003 and have been maintaining the quality management system under the ISO standard.
