We have advanced technologies, production process and perfect testing equipment(100 tons tensile testing machine, torque testing machines) and advanced machining equipment, (cold heading, heat treatment production equipment and a series equipment of making high-strength bolts).

We can produce many types of special bolts, studs, nuts and washers for steel structure, including high strength large hexagon type, twist-off type, Dacromet type, as well as studs, pins and welding anchors.

Our fixed assets is 28 million RMB. The products we focus on is PRC standard(GB), Japanese standard(JIS), US standard(ANSI) series of high strength bolts for structure, railway, wire frame and so on. The annual output reaches 5, 000 tons.

The bolts we produce are mainly sold to Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Anhui, Jiangxi, Shanghai and other places, especially more than 90% market share in Fuyang City, Zhejiang Province, we also do export, like the Middle East, Latin America and so on. We did participate in Nanjing airport project, the Nanjing Military Region, apron, LG Engineering, Hangzhou EMU, Ningbo Station and other projects.

The bolts are made of alloy steel 20MnTiB, 35VB, The nuts and washers are made of qualified 45# superior quality carbon structure steel, and the studs are made of ML15AL. The workmanship for bolts include hot upsetting and cold upsetting. The workmanship for round-nail studs is cold upsetting. Our company has passed Quality Management System, QMS) ISO9001: 2008 environment management system and OHSMS.
