And the company has passed ISO9001: 2000 International Quality System Certification in 2007 and certification of ISO/TS 16949: 2002 International Automotive Quality Standards in 2009. Now our company owns ten sets of cold and hot chamber die-casting machine made in Taiwan which ranges from 88 T, 180T, 280T, 420T to 800T. We also have full set of equipments covering mold design, mold manufacturing, die-casting, machining, shot blasting, sand blasting, plastic spraying, painting and plating. We have an annual production capability of 1, 000 tons of aluminum alloy die-casting parts and 200 tons of zinc alloy die-casting parts. Over 80% of our products have been exproted such as Germany, USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea as well as Taiwan area. Our main products fall in aluminum and zinc items which include automobile parts, motorcycle accessories, electronics, lamps, bathroom equipments, tablewares and machine parts, etc.
