Our company has 8 sets of automated curing equipment, 3 mixing machines, 3 silicone tube extruders, automated assembly lines, cutting machines, punching machines, drilling machines, sandblasting machines, silicone secondary sulfide machines, grinding machines, presses, milling machines, screen printing machines, pad printing machines and other equipment.
To ensure good product quality, we have complete testing equipment: Vernier calipers, thickness meters, concentric instruments, second element detectors, load meters, standard color cards, aging testers and others.
There are more than 40 existing staff members, including 6 management personnel, 2 technical personnel and 2 quality control personnel. We have totally more than 100 clients. We have good cooperation with Japanese, American and Korean medium-sized enterprises.
Our company can produce according to customers' drawings and sample designs. The products: MATS, sealing rings, plastic covers, buttons, plastic corrugated pipes, rubber bags, etc. Materials: Natural rubber (NR), nitrile rubber (NBR), chloroprene rubber (CR), styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM), silicone, fluoro rubber and so on.
In development, we also pay attention to environmental protection. Our products have passed RoHS, PAH, PAHs, SGS, REACH, 6P and ASTM/F963 environmental certifications. In 2011 Our company passed GB/T19001: 2008 certification.
