Shanghai Kesheng Prostheses Co., Ltd. is belonging to Shanghai Institute of Physiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. At the beginning of sixties, professor Luo Yong Zhao initiated the research of myoelectricity controlled artificial limbs in our country. On the basis of the research work of more than 30 years, Shanghai KESHENG Prostheses company was set up. This company is famous with the following features:
1. It is high-technical enterprise of artificial limb approved by civil government, being the first one in the same field.
2. The products of Kesheng company are the first artificial limb products entered international market in P. R. China. It was the exhibitor of each ISPO world eongress and some Reha. International Congress in the world.
3. So far, Kesheng is the only one company which artificial limb have got the Award of Nation Science & Technology Improvement.
4. After the authority department retrieving and identifying, the intelligent multi-degree-of-freedom artificial limbs was one of the advanced ones of the world.
