This is a big paper printing &packaging factory, which have 1, 400 employees and 18 units printing machine (Heidelberg and Roland), 25 units die-cutters(12 auto die-cutters and 13 semi-auto die-cutters), 16 auto folder machines, Automatic Laminators, UV Coating machines, Varnish machines and 4 units foil stamping &die-cutter and 2 embossing machines, glossy/matt. This is a big paper printing & packaging factory, which have 1, 400 employees and 18 units printing machine (Heidelberg and Roland), 25 units die-cutters(12 auto die-cutters and 13 semi-auto die-cutters), 16 auto folder machines, Automatic Laminators, UV Coating machines, Varnish machines and 4 units foil stamping & die-cutter and 2 embossing machines, glossy/matt. Film lamination machine. Except this, we have another 7 line drawing machines, 3 supper stitcher machine and 2 stitrim machine and 1 auto gathering machine to produce notebook and brochures and silkscreen printing machine so on.
In order to provide a quick response on pre-press, we also have another 2 units CTP (compute to plate) machine and 1 unit sample making machine. 30 designers for packaging and 28 engineers for technology are always ready to support new products development. We have 21 trucks to ensure daily in time delivery in Pearl Delta Region and the best professional forwarder to ensure the overseas shipment. The factory also had passed ISO9001 and ISO14001.
