Decentex was founded in 1986 in Taiwan and has always been acting as a sourcing agent/supplier in the fashion accessories business(mainly socks/tights and acrylic/blended wool scarves/beanies/gloves), was supplying to the global market, from Taiwan until about 1993, when the Indonesian socks production (In both Bandung and Jakarta) were introduced to the market! We established our Bandung branch and moved some of our basic pattern orders to Indonesia and we then, shipped many orders to Germany, France, Holland, and Australia from Indonesia! In late 2000, we opened our Zhu-Ji office in the socks city in Zhejiang province, China and today we have 3 offices in China and they are the followings respectively!

1)Zhu-Ji city, Zhejiang province-----mainly socks production and export to the U. S. And Australia, Germany, Spain and South Africa! --- there are 12 staffs in this team!

2)Yi-Wu city, Zhejiang province---this city is globally well known as the city of sundry and accessory items(Yi-Wu small commodities market) and our branch office was established in 2005 and its main function is for us to serve our customer's needs for any new and special items, or new material and we also export some scarves/beanies/apparel from this city! --- There are 3 staffs in this office!

3)Yangzhou office in Jiangsu province was opened in 2008----Although the beanie/glove/scarves factory we have been using for over 12 years, we were always trying in the past, to send our Zu-Ji team member to travel to this factory, in order to control the quality of the bulk goods and the shipments! It had become impossible since from 3 years ago, the frequency of shipments became nearly weekly (every week)., and today, from this office, we regularly ship scarves/beanies/caps/glove/mitten to Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Germany! -----there are 4 staffs in this office!

4)Hong Kong office and show room ----it was established in 1992, when China exports had just been introduced to the world and in comparison with today's convenience, there were not many direct flights to China at that time as yet, Hong Kong office was mainly used to meet and work with our customers for business discussion and we still keep a small office today in Wan Chai, Hong Kong!

5)Taipei head office----this is where we have all the members of our sales team, accounting and shipping, logistic control----today, our customers are mainly based in the U. S., Australia, Germany, South Africa, Japan and New Zealand! ----12 staffs including myself!

The above 5 offices are the main frames of our organization and I do hope my explanation is clear enough since it is a business with 26 years history and I don't think I can tell everything in one page!
