The Kai Yuan Garment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a garment manufacturer producing casual and night wear plus a range of custom-designed specialised sports wears.

The company was founded in 1997 and is located in Shanghai Qing Pu industrial zone, 55 km from Shanghai city center. Turnover in the past year exceeded US$ 8 million. With modern, advanced-technology equipment and strict inspection and control, the companies garments have already achieved a high reputation for quality with clients. Products are currently exported to Japan, Europe and South Africa.

The new factory with fixed assets exceeding US$ 5 million covers an area of more than 45,000 square meters. It incorporates dyeing & finishing, printing and garment assembly facilities. The factory employs around 500 staff; more than 10% are involved in quality control and management. The range of facilities and staff combine to offer clients unsurpassed quality, rapid delivery and attentive service at all times.

In recent years the Company has invested considerably in the development, design and production of specialised custom motorcycle and ski wear. All fabrics and ancillary materials used in these products pass international ratification. These ranges of high quality sports wear are currently exported mainly to Europe, particularly Italy & Spain where they have achieved a high reputation with clients.
