JYD Machinery Co. Ltd established in 1994, the company orientation is to be a professional manufacturer to provide high pressure hose connector, steering gear parts, air conditioner parts, safety valve for the auto industry and precision parts design & production.

With over more than 20 years consistent development, JYD machinery has developed with states-of-the-art American and Japanese machine park, including vertical CNC machining center area, CNC lathe area, Water wheel type multi-spindle machine area and multi-functional CNC lathe area. We have more than 200 sets machines which brands are Haas, Mazak, Kaihung and Tsugami.

Quality control has been put in a very important place in the factory. Our operations are certified to the ISO9001 and ISO/TS16949 quality management standard, with various of inspection equipments which are imported from Japan Mitutoyo, including CMM, contourgraph, roundness measuring equipment, surface roughness measuring equipment etc. Lean production and 5S management has been carried out in the factory strictly, with reducing 8 forms of wastes, which achieves the goals for energy conservation and cost breakdown.
