• NFC Shenyang Metallurgical Machinery Co., Ltd. Or SMMC is a large enterprise of manufacturing the equipment for ferrous and nonferrous metallurgical and mining industries of China. Annual production capacity of PTM, FTA and ASC is 120 sets.

SMMC has complete capacity of steel casting, copper casting, welding, forging, machining, heat treatment, physical and chemical examination. SMMC also has comphrehensive capability of R&D, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and after-sale service system, SMMC has committed himself to researching, developing and designing equipment for aluminum industry, mining & metallurgical industry over the years.

SMMC is equipped with 1630 sets of production facilities in total, 713 of which are metal cutting machines, and over 100 of which are heavy duty facilities. SMMC has some professional workshops including steel casting, copper casting, fabrication, forging, heat treatment, machining and has a complete set of physical & chemical test methode and advanced in-process measures.

SMMC started to design and manufacture PTM, FTA and ASC in 1984. In 2004, the ASC manufactured by SMMC were exported to India. In 2005, with the advantages of designing and manufacturing, SMMC defeated the strong competitor ECL and NKM NOELL and signed the contract with ALCOA successfully. With over 20 years of development, aluminum industry equipments manufactured by SMMC have entered the international market and were exported to Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Iceland, India, Norway, Azerbaijan.
