Main Materials - VE4518 casting epoxy-resin are made in German BAKELITE Company. 30ZH120 silicon steels are made in Japan. electromagnetic eires are glassfiber band insulated cooper wires, also a patent product.

Equipments - Coils are casted by HEDRICH vacuum casting system made in Germany. Silicon steel is cut by SOENEN cutting line made in Belgium. Coils are winded by RX automatic winding machines. Moulds are machined by XHAD 2412 machining center. We founded a best testing station, including HAEFELY particle discharge measuring equipment, computer controlled measuring center and lightning impulse testing plant.

Management Mode - We gained ISO9001 certificate of China classification society assurance Ltd. in Auguest 1994, and the certificates of China CSQA and France BVQI in September 1996. And in March 2005, we gained ISO14001 environmental certificate of China CSQA.
