Yichang Tianyuan Canned Food Co., Ltd was founded on Sep. 09.2004. It is a manufacturer of full range of canned beans and vegetables, located in Anfusi Town of Zhijiang city and owns the very convinent transportation.
The factory covers an area of 50, 000 suqare meters. The fixed assets is more than RMB160, 000, 000. There are over 300 emplyees in the factory and more than 60 of them are the professional technicist on production or management.
The factory is equiped with:
3 canned tomao paste production lines to produce 70g-4500g canned tomato paste. Daily output is up to 30 tons.
4 canned beans production lines to produce the different specification of canned beans. Daily output is up to 100 tons.
2 canned sweet corn production lines to produce the different specification of canned sweet corn. Daily output is up to 30 tons.
The factory also owns the packing workshop which produce the empty tinplate cans. It owns 5 empty tin cans production line and the yearly output is about 500, 000, 000 sets.
Besides, the factory has built its own planting base with 1333.33 HM and all materials are from the local or around farmers.
The factory has set up the strict food safety system and quality management system. It has been awarded as "Grade A import&export enterprise" by the China customs and "Hubei top argriculture enterprise" by the government. The factory has also passed the certification of of ISO9001, ISO22000, FDA, HACCP and IFS.
In the year of 2014, we exported canned food 40, 000 tons and sales amount RMB160, 000, 000.
The main products are canned broad beans, canned green peas, canned kidney beans, canned chick peas, canned mixed vegetables, canned sweet corn and canned tomato paste. With the principle of "Sincerity" and "strict quality control", the factory has expanded the internation market and taken the big share of EU, MID-east, Africa, Southeast Asia.
