It was initiated by Joincare Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd and Hongkong TIC Industrial Co., Ltd with $500, 000, 000 registered fund. It is sited at Jiaozuo city, Henan province, which coveres a vast area of 565.74 Mu(about 377 thousand square meters).

Our company possesses modern equipments, and the advanced fermentation and extraction technologies. At present, the leading products include: Food additives with advanced international level such as Nisin (capacity: 300t/year), Natamycin (capacity: 100t/year), Gellan Gum (capacity: 500t/year) and the 7-ACA (7-amino-cephalosporanic acid) ---- key intermediate of cephalosporins, with the capacity of 2000t/year. All the production lines have obtained the National Food Hygiene License. Food additives production has obtained National Industrial Production Permit. The certificate number is Yu XK13-217-00088.

In 2007, Jiaozuo Joincare Biotechnological Product Co., Ltd. Was entitled as "Henan Province Top 100 Key Enterprises" by provincial government, and in 2010, it was qualified as "National High and New Tech Enterprises" and "Advanced Industrial Enterprises". Its quality management system was designed and constructed as per ISO9001: 2000 in December 2007, and complied with GMP requirements. After passing the site inspection by China Certification & Inspection Group in June 2008, it got the certificates of ISO9001: 2008 Quality Management System, ISO14000 Environment Management System and OHSAS18000 Occupational Health and Safety Authentication Certificate.
