Ltd. is established in 1989, which focuses in frozen seafood trading and frozen food processing for supermarkets, restaurants, hotels as well as different local distributors in Hong Kong. For business expansion to the international market, Lee Shing Food (Dong Guan) Co. Ltd. Is also setup in China to increase the production capacities of frozen farm raised or sea catch products. To guarantee the sanitization of raw materials, all fishes and shrimps are purchased from the ponds which are registered from the CIQ Bureau of China. Our products include tilapia, channel catfish, shrimp, and seafood products that are imported to China from worldwide for re-processing. The cooked food products are devided into fish ball, meat ball and noodles categories. These products are mainly exported to U. S. A., Canada, Middle East, South East Asia, and Hong Kong.

Lee Shing Food (Dong Guan) Co. Ltd. Enjoys a good transportation system and business environment. Our factory in Dong Guan city is located just right at the Wangniudun exit of the highway from Shenzhen to Guangzhou. Traveling north to Guangzhou international airport or major ports are just about 25 minutes driving; South to Shenzhen airport and the international ports are only 45 minutes driving. The factory covers a land area of over 12, 800 square meters, with 5 raw and cooked food-processing workshops that are built according to the international food processing standard requirement. Production capacity can reach 8, 000 tons per year. Owing to advanced production equipment and precise test and biologic test instruments, our enterprise has passed the USA HACCP Quality Management System Certification and has been recorded by USA FDA.
