1. Capliner compounds for Food and Beverage Packaging
Our capliner compounds meet US FDA, JIS and European Directives for food/beverage packaging applications. They are functional, have low removal torques, no flaking characteristics and seal better than other compounds. They have very good organoleptic properties and are not to impart odors and flavors to the packaged products.
2. TPV compounds for Automotive weather strips
Thermoplastic Vulcanizate (TPV), a subclass of the TPE family, is the most elastic of all TPEs. Due to their virtue of elasticity over wide range of temperatures, re-processibility, recyclability and being non-toxic, TPVs are finding more and more applications in automotive industries, particularly in replacing soft PVC and thermoset rubber in weather strip applications. Alwayseal A700 series are designed specifically for weather strip applications. They can be extruded easily in single screw extruders with high output. Our scientists and engineers are ready to assist our customers to design customer formulations and processing TPV compounds.

We can design and have proprietary, unique TPE grades for customers in CEMIB(Consumer Electrical/Electronics, Medical Products, Industrial Products and Building/Construction) industries.
