Working principal:
The moisture sensor periodically collects soil moisture samples, sends to main controller. Main controller does analysis according to the collected data, then control opens/closes the magnetic valve.
 
Accurately keep correct moisture level once user sets up wet/dry levels, which reflect all the weather condition. Optimize irrigation save water, money, trouble free and protect the environment. It can install with any existing or new, drip or sprinkler irrigation pipe system. 
Timer is only for your lawn; grass will grow back from dead but not vegetables.
