Our company is specialised in the professional manufacture of injection moulds, especially the manufacture of moulds for industrial appliances as well as for commodity appliances. Our company manufactures moulds for industrial appliances such as pallets, crates, storage boxes and other industrial equipment tools. Moulds for commodity appliances manufactured by our company include moulds for such commodity products as chairs, tables, baskets, buckets, food containers, etc.

For design and production, our company utilises the following techniques. For design we use such software as UG, Proe for 3D design and CAD for 2D drawing. For production, we utilse the mould flow technique for products for which our customers are unsure of the gate location and/or of the nozzle number. After mould flow analysis we always send the date of injection pressure and the injection time as well to the customer along with our recommendations and suggestions.
